The mission of the Edgecomb Comprehensive Planning Committee is to engage the community in developing an updated Comprehensive Plan that reflects the values, priorities, and vision of Edgecomb’s residents. The Committee will evaluate the Town’s current conditions and future needs, preserve Edgecomb’s rural character and natural and historic resources, support responsible and sustainable growth, and consider the long-term fiscal impacts of planning decisions. Through an open, inclusive, and fact-based process, the Committee will create a practical roadmap to guide land use, housing, transportation, economic development, public services, infrastructure, and conservation for the benefit of current and future generations.
